How are co-op’s grouped for a regatta? I’ve noticed that we have a better chance at top 3, if we start later verse starting as soon as regatta time opens.

When first person takes a task you are placed with a group with same number of players and similar average level. I used to get up early to start but we were placed with others who also got up early. Later start can help, but some people are up early gathering doable tasks then starting. I look at competition and we decide to play hard and spend a little more if we can get in the top 3 but relax and do not spend if we are just going to stay in league.
