    Instructions for opening mail app in WIN 10 didn't work. Instructions too vague

    PWFYMF I am unable to contact support with an issue. I followed the instructions for opening the WIN10 mail app, but after I did that, I am still directed to a blank browser screen. I use Outlook and don't want to use the app for all mail, just for Township. I guess I need more detailed instructions than provided on your web-site.
    Trying to buy greenbacks, but getting error message saying no, but no reason or alternative. Support is very difficult to contact. I am new to this program and I realize there is a learning curve, but it seems to be very bug-y.
