    Support help

    How long does it take support to get back to me, on a report I sent? Been three days, and no acknowledgement yet. I keep checking here, and my email.

    Hi Lorie,

    If you sent a report via the in-game settings, that is where you have to check. After you submitted your report you should've gotten an automated message, letting you know that they received your report, and that you should reply if you still need their help. Make sure that you replied to that, and after that, someone from the support team will get in touch with you.

    If you sent them an email (via the online form, or from a Windows/Mac device), you will have to check the email address you provided. The forum is not connected to the game in any way, so there won't be an answer here.
