[Emulators] Cannot build, cannot access Regatta

I attempted to turn in a Regatta task, and it did not open, instead responding with the words "Loading Data" floating above the regatta building.

I attempt to access the "build" box, and it also fails, with a "maintenance/repair" message...don't have it in front of me, so I can't quote it.

Attempted to log off and on...same problem. Closed out and back in again, still no changes.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling...and it lost my account altogether and started me over completely at L1. I got to the point where you could build something...and I still can't access building.

What do I do now?

Was able to pull up the error:



"Technical Maintenance"

"Your Store is temporarially unavailable due to some technical maintenance we're running. Please try again later."

Hi,

If you're using an emulator to play the mobile version of the game on PC, certain features will not be available for you, such as interacting with friends, accessing the store, etc.

They have forceed the game to not work anymore on emulators over pc since yesterday all was fine then they killed it on emulators the get money over it then they closed it i think they dont want my money anymore^^
I was playing it over the emulator because it was bgger then on a mobile divice so it was more funn and all was working and now nothing works anymore so its ok byby township one star for me for this game.
ohh and they closes the otehr thread abbout it^^

Ok. I regret no longer being able to play this game with my family. "Certain features" including being unable to build makes the game impossible to participate in...literally so since I made the mistake of restarting and am now caught in the tutorial. Thanks for at least letting me know why.

so nevada and dreadnought asked about emulators in the other post, they already knew that. I use both, android on mobile and bluestacks on the pc, love the game, the graphics and animations are wonderful and ask for a bigger screen to appreciate all the details. Without being able to access the store and build, it is impossible to play. very sad with this decision of the developers of the game. at least we had answers to what happened.

I’m in exactly the same situation as you Casle. I play on my mobile on Android, and I appreciate the bigger screen on BlueStacks, but the game no longer works well on this… It's a shame !
