That was an ad in videos I watch in another game, unrelated to Playrix. It showed the building being blown up, the whole 9 yards.LOL!
A lady kept popping up in the screen saying, “This game is hard!”
After I screenshot it, I clicked on the game and it took me to the same-o, same-o Township as we know it in the App Store. Rats!

This weirdo ads have become common recently.

I’ve seen similar for HS and GS, and other similar style games.

They present a busted up scene (in the GS one, there’s a hose with a hole, rats and debris all over the floor, a busted up fountain leaking water, and a lamp post flickering with electricity. You then get a selection of tools along the bottom to fix up the garden).

I don’t really understand these ads. They seem very... baity. Like, I don’t like match 3, but I’d play that advert...

Actually, I see these types of ads frequently in another game I play - one for Homescapes appears a lot - I wondered when Playrix started copying other games with this theme? So y’all just think it’s a “come on” clickbait Ad? Interesting.

Thanks, MissW and everyone for the explanation. I hadn't heard of that Clickbait-concept, looked it up now. And still don't get why someone would think it is advantageous to lie about a game (or anything) to advertize it...

I do recall as similar one for Homescapes...but, I couldn’t recall if I had to fix a leaky facet in the kitchen at one time while playing it...
