    Exclamation Many Glitches since the new update: 5 main issues reported from our co op members

    The below issues are reported by most people in our co op.
    1. Zoo and Town help request not clearing from chat-board. having to visit the town/zoo twice (first to help, second time to make the request on chat board go away). Very frustrating.

    2. filling product request in Co-op: products are disappearing to a thin air/virtual space (e.g. 5 cotton fabric requested: 3 members helped 3 , 2 and 4 each! Products disappeared from our barns but obviously the person requested cotton fabric only received 5. where did the other 4 cotton fabrics go?) This is ongoing issue for any within co op product request.

    3. unable to visit another town to help at times. - more frequently experienced since new update. This is separate issue to people with older version game not being able to visit new version town.

    4. House of luck task (opening purple chest) for regatta - chest opening is not counted after starting the regatta task. Doesn't matter how many clovers she used to open the chest, the task didn't count it leading to dumping the task because cannot complete this!

    5. chat board not working and "cannot connect to server" message from Ernie. causing members to re-log in multiple times to get the app working

    The above issues are consistently reported by iPhone, Android and kindle users. (I use iPhone).
    Rebooting device and logging in and out of the game app doesn't fix the above reported issues.
    It looks like many similar and other glitches are being reported by players world wide.
    Please fix bugs. Very frustrating.

    Myself and other coop members experiencing the same problem as #1 above-

    Unhappy Glitches - Playrix team: please respond

    Dear playrix team. can you please look into my enquiry?

    especially issue #2 about products disappearing. this is happening too often, we are very active and helpful co op and a lot of us are getting frustrated that co op request filled is still appear needing products and products are going NOWHERE cause it's already filled so anyone helps after the first person will lose products for NO reason.

    Hi Agatokki, the forum is for player-to-player discussion, rather than a reliable means of communication with Playrix. Our Forum Admin does look in, but can't possibly see and respond to every post.

    The individuals concerned need to contact Support from within their game, as their technical data is passed to a Playrix automatically within that report.
