Clover- HoL count not correct

Hi,

Ssince the latest update, I am being shortchanged on the clovers. Intiallly, I thought I was mistaken, but then I started keeping a tab and found That I am definitely not getting all the clovers due to me.

I am aware that some clovers will not happen as the plane may time out and the person would not have acknowledged the help. But I have noticed that it is happening across train helps and the people helped request for trainhelps later( which means thehelped trains were sent).

I have written to Playrix with no response.

Clovers should still get added when a plane takes off, even if the person hasn’t clicked to send them, as far as I’m aware.

Did you reply to the automatic response from your in-game report? If so I’m afraid all you can do is wait for a response.

I have passed this on to admin, but if you could post your ticket ID (found by clicking on the “I” in the top corner of your conversation), that would help them track down your report.
