Absolutely. When you press-hold on them as if you're going to move them, you'll see a little dollar sign, click and you'll be asked if you're sure you want to sell. Then sell.
As far as I know, all coin-bought decorations sell for half their purchase value. Ingot/cash decs is more of a surprise.IMPORTANT: As a Township moderator, I only have power to maintain its forum.
