When I visit one friends township, there is often a UFO hovering over a flock of sheep, a sheep gets beamed up and then dropped. Is this a decoration or a community 'building'? How do I get one?

It is a decoration from the Paranormal regatta season. You can see it HERE
Right now there is no way to get it. You can just wish they will bring it back in the future.

Hi Wega, this is an old thread, you can tell by looking at the date in blue to the left of the posts.
If you look at Graylady’s post you can see this decoration is not available anymore. The link will show it to you.
We can only hope Playrix will bring it back at sometime.
