Can't send or ask for lives

I am having the same issue for over a week now. Would like to send out lives. I am receiving my lives. I too 0lay on multiple devices and same this is happening on both. Please help

Can anyone help me. I have not been able to send lives for over a week now. I have tried everything. All this since the Christmas update. Really would like to get my lives sent out.

At the moment all the games experience this issue you mentioned. Facebook team are now trying to fix it and we're still waiting for the results. Hope it'll be fixed very soon!

If you have tried the advice in the articles in the Help and Feedback option in your game settings and none have worked, then you may be affected by the glitch that the Playrix team are working hard to resolve. If I hear any more information, I will let you know.
