We are a friendly and active co-op looking for friendly and active members. You are welcome to join if you:
- want to be in a friendly, drama free co-op
- enjoy racing (you can opt out if you can't race - or finish required tasks - from time to time)
- enjoy helping team members
- are somewhat competitive

We are currently in Silver League, and aiming for Golden.

Co-op rules:
- in seasonal regatta, all racers are required to complete 6+ tasks and help team member's requests 20+ times
- reservations are restricted to co-leaders/leader
- only ships/islands, crops, zoo and factory products can be reserved
- no picking reserved tasks
- dump tasks below 115 points
- make sure all get a chance to do one House of Luck (:don't pick more than one before all have had a go at one)
- always read and use chat, communicate
- racers not completing required tasks are restricted from regatta before it ends (and from receiving awards)

Decisions are made "semi-democratic", where all team members are invited to give their opinion.

Ranks are earned by number of tasks:
- not racing: member
- 6-9 tasks: elder
- 10+ tasks: co-leader

In interseasonal regatta there are few specific rules and no minimum tasks required. However:
- never fail tasks (cancel tasks if you run out of time)
- we allow for asking for specific tasks that need preparing on chat (crops/products/zoo/ships only)
- respect other member's request for tasks

We have a high tolerance for honest mistakes and misunderstandings, and understand that this is a game, and real life happens while we play. Communication is key.
