Lost Relay Task and Points

All racers finished a Relay task but it stayed on board. Twice, when we dumped it, the last player lost the completed task and we lost 145 points. We have screenshots proving this and have contacted support twice with no reply.So far have lost 2 tasks and 290 points.

You have to be patient with support. They are slow. Make sure the player missing points report it. Make sure he reply back to the automatic message he received and any other message he get after that.

We are currently having the same problem. All our racers have finished their leg of the relay it hasn't come up finished and won't time out. He contacted customer service waiting to hear back.

So far none of the relay task we did got marked as completed. As the 4 of us did the task much faster then the timer, we end up dumping the relay to get another one. We had no problems with doing so.

Je pense qu’il y a quelques soucis avec les missions relais. Hier un équipier avait fini 2 missions relais mais elles restaient avec son effigie, donc non disponibles. En se déconnectant et déconnectant, tout est rentré dans l’ordre. Ce matin un équipier faisait une mission relais lingots, sans aucun problème de délai. Il l’a terminée et s’est retrouvé avec la mission grisée. Il a fait appel à la hotline. On attend.

The Relay tasks are staying on board after eveyone has completed them. Twice after dumping them from board, the last person's task goes from completed to dumped. We have contacted customer support numerous time in a variety of ways and no response. We have lost 290 points .
