transfer from adroid to MacBook through facebook account

I tried to transfer my data in android to my MacBook but the pop-up for download did not appear so I was not able to move the data.

Hi,

Unfortunately, you can't transfer your progress between different versions of the game: the mobile version (android/iOS) is separate form the facebook/gameroom version, and you can't sync the progress between them.
