Bugs since fishing event started

I have problems with event fishing task. I used all my lures (10 red, 10 blue and 10 green lures) but catched only gray fish because button of fishing not respond in regatta task. I can play event fishing only if it's not in relation with regatta task. This is my second regatta event task and issues with button is repeated in both tasks. I spent many lures (and stuff in helly orders for lures cupes) and I don't now how to finish task this times before event ends. Yes, I reported in game

What do I do if I cannot see any fish in water

So, since the fishing event this game has gone crazy, and I report it and nothing happens, nobody gives a straight answer.

First with the event, everything with squares, not able to see fishes or anything, no compensation for not being able to play or win anything.

Now, I can't see all tasks for the regatta, some say loading and its been more than 12 hours. The event calendar I can't see either.

Answer responsibly to fix this.

When I started Township this morning I spotter a read ! Next to the co Wheel. Hoorde, an answer to my In Game report. Beide an apologie they told me that they send me 15 Town Cash to compensate for the trouble.
I was really surprised and thankfull. Alas it was to late to buy some stuff only available surfing the event.
Nevertheless I want to say THANK ROY for this small gift.

We'll do our best to avoid such situations in the future, our specialists have already made the improvements to the game.
