The piggy bank looks like it is “free” but not mandatory. “Free” because Township is issuing TBucks for routine chores that they normally do not, namely sending full planes, trains and helicopters. The 75 TBucks needed to buy the piggy bank plus an additional 55 TBucks can be stored in the piggy bank until...? I don’t know. Also, I do not see that Township has explained the purpose of the piggy bank if we decide to purchase it. Is it a decoration? Is it a vector for in-game purchasing? I play some other Playrix games but not to such extent to have been offered a piggy bank. I am surprised there is no information in our letter boxes nor on the Township Facebook page.

You’re paying to empty the piggy bank.
As in the post above; you let the piggy fill up to 130TC, which you then purchase for 2.99.
Ordinarily, 130TC costs 4.99, so, you’re getting a bargain. Cheaper TC, just for sending planes, trains and helis.
If you purchase normally; win!

If playrix would have included “buy t cash at a discount” it probably would have avoided so much confusion and many of the “that’s unfair” comments.

I was warned by a teammate about this ballon. Since I don't pay to play, I won't be buying it (as per Nevada above). What confuses me is why some people see it and others do not.

Some people in my co op have the piggy bank. I do not. Does anyone know why some do n some don't?
