Yes, sometimes the levels get tweaked a little, especially when new elements are introduced (or removed), and the numbers don't correspond to the same level as before. If you are trying to look for a particular level - 121 for example, and you don't find the one you're looking for, you can search for level 120, 119, 122 and 123 and you'll most likely find that level 121 was moved up or down a level or two.
