    I received a reply saying thanks for feedback & it’s been passed on to the devs. We’ll just wait & see now.

    Ironically, since my first post, my zoo menu has been full of the aforementioned products, even after a menu change

    uh, that is one of these answers where you can't ask much further, cos your report has reached its goal, so to speak.
    Had something similar a while back, found it dissatisfying, cos of course one wants to hear how it goes on (and WHEN!!).

    as for the menu, maybe someone misunderstood your report as a wish... lol

    Canowindra is your 2nd town, if I got that correctly? certainly good for the Devs to be reminded of this issue once in a while; they have certainly a lot to work on.
