It is now September and the game is still not fixed! I have provided all the information I possible can to Playrix. All this information has gone to the dev team, but I don't guess they have had any luck?

As I and most other players here don't know either, you should reply ingame to the message you got there, DollyRose, and ask there. With things that have been given to the Devs, my experience is also that I have almost forgotten everything about the report, when I suddenly get a reply saying the fix will come with the next update.

It's not forbidden to ask when that will be (approximately at least!)
