Bug when the dog is digging holes in tropical greenhouse

Hi,

My game is currently stuck in a cutscene where Austin and Dad are heading to the dog digging holes in the greenhouse. They're just waiting in front of dog and no one talks. I'm approximately level ~340 and connected to Facebook. I've tried to restart my game, even uninstalled it and reinstalled, but i'm totally blocked. When I launch the game, it directly goes to this cutscene and characters don't speak anymore in front of dog. Can you give me some help ? I can't reach Settings to report the bug to your team, that's why I'm here.

If you can't access the Settings -> Help and Support in the game, you can use this online form to contact support. Make sure you let them know that you are unable to send a report from within the game, and attach the screenshot as well.

I had the same problem. I restarted the game, but pressed the SKIP button in the text window. That seemed to fix it. Hope that helps.
