How Do I Get A Profile Picture ON THIS SITE?

Need someone to tell me how I can make my own upload my profile picture...I dont want the default anymore.

You have to go to "Settings" in the upper right corner of this page (next to your username). On the left side you'll find a panel with settings. Go to Edit Profile Picture, and there you can either upload a photo from your computer, or from a link.

just in case... you don't need to delete your posts, just because your question was answered. If your posts vanished from this thread, the whole thing (with the 2 replies only) would sound rather strange.
