Hacker - Scammers in our Co-op

    Good Morning

I'm sorry to inform you that last night we were under attack from scammers.
Someone joined as the leader of the group (without having any requirement to join) and he/she posted a message in our Co-op inbox to invite us to look at a specific URL in order to buy T-cash at a cheaper price.

The intruder is level 11, our entrance is by request and limited to level 38 or more
The message is in Chinese or similar language

    This is simply unacceptable!
My team mates are now very worried about the lack of security in your application
    Here's a screenshot of it

You have to fix that as soon as possible!!
    Thanks for a quick answer.
    Regards
    Dex

Hi Dex, thank you for posting about this. Have you reported this via your game settings. I will send a report to the Playrix Admin. You are very right and this should never have happened.

Hi Dex. You are right in posting here. I have alerted the Playrix Admin to this thread and Leo's thread. I was suggesting reporting it for two reasons:

    1. The Help Desk may need specific information to investigate the hacker.
    2. There may have been other incidents that we are unaware of, either from forum members but more likely those who don't access this forum.

As long as it is prevented from happening again, that's the important thing.

    Hi guys!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Our developers have investigated the situation and determined how exactly the hacker managed to break into the chat. We've already took the necessary steps to strengthen the security of co-ops' chats. In case the problem occurs again in your co-op, be sure to let me know!
In the upcoming update we'll make some amendments that will prevent the co-ops hacking in the future. Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Something weird happened in our coop yesterday during the present regatta. Several of us noticed that one of our players who accumulated some points - approx 200-300 suddenly saw they were reduced to 0! I thought maybe she had been kicked out of the regatta during a cheat sweep. But it doesn't make sense because she was able to continue with the tasks and resume accumulating points. Software bug? Hackers or scammers?
