It's very easy to manage costs of crop growing. Just sell things straight from barn before you grow a crop. Sell half your crop!

As I've not seen anyone complaining about the cost of crops before (which are already pretty low), I'm assuming you're struggling with coins?
Like LifeJacket said, it's pretty easy to manage. You can also accumulate a lot of coins by growing and selling wheat since it's free to plant.
