I finally made it to the same level as Ernie (99) and flipped over to help some people on the Players List panel where I noticed everyone was in the 40s. Usually those people on the list are near or around the same level as myself. Awhile back I had suggested this very option so that we might be able to help the lower level players. Is this a nice new feature or an early morning glitch?

It might be a glitch because I've never seen anyone that low on my list and I look at it several times per day.

Yeah I check frequently also and now it's back on the 90s gang. Oh well I was able to help a few.
