Fishdom Videos very rare since valentines update

Hi Playrix! I’m a long term player—Love Fishdom! But since the most recent update, the bonus videos are few and far between. I might get 2 or 3 (at the max) in a day to view, vs the 3 in a row every several hours. This makes for tedious play, even when I’ve opened a chest and have won 2 hours of unlimited lives. Anything you can do about that? Thanks in advance!

If you see my post (and comment) under Big Difference playing on 2 iPads, it’s only some who are not getting the videos. I am so frustrated by this, as one iPad gets videos all the time, and the other one never.
