    "In Game Help and Support" Not Responding

    I have been trying to get feedback for my problem using the new process since last week. I got a "canned" response to turn my tablet off and delete/reinstall the app. And then let the responder know if that didn't help. It didn't. I have tried repeatedly to get a response since, to no avail! If I send an e-mail, I am told to use the in game help and support system!!! It doesn't work! Please offer some advice. I lost my Mine during the update, and wish to have it restored. I am at my wits end! Level 78 player, playing since September 2015, iPad 10.0.2.
