I dont have FB so I cant wiew any of FB groups.
I suggest to Playrix shut down all Townsip servers on mondey after regatta ends and check it all and fix all issues if exist on server side. I play Township few years and never see notification about server maintenance. We can be offline few hours if they can fix this :/

Hi all, Playrix took away around 500 TC from me. I has just two days prior to the removal of the money, purchased TCash via Amazon. It was absolutely awful having to see the message from them and also to see TCash at 7. After sending them a plea and providing the last receipt form Amazon, they have given back 300 TC. For that I am grateful. But overall, this has been a very bitter experience. I hope the others who were unfairly accused, get back all, if not some of their money back.

I was labelled a cheater and then proved that I wasn’t and a few weeks later I was banned from the game for a purchase I did not make. I’m very disappointed in playrix customer support not only slow in response but banning me for no reason. I hope it’s a glitch but according to their cheating rules once banned cannot return to the game. I didn’t cheat I’ve been playing the game close to 3 years now and not only don’t know how to cheat losing all my coop made friends is priceless.

Добрый день! Если он конечно добрый. Мне прилетала от вас газета «счастья» о том, что у меня снимают все банкноты. На каком основании вы сняли все банкноты? Я в этой игре уже больше года. И потратила на эту игру уйму сил и времени. Я честно заработала такое количество банкнот. Играла днём и ночью. Я наблюдала такое количество ошибок в игре с вашей стороны, которые не устранялись подолгу и мешали игре. Сколько я наблюдала нечестных игроков и целых союзов за это время, к которым не были предприняты никакие меры. Достаточно сейчас посмотреть на те союзы, что занимают первые места в топе. Такой отрыв в очках просто нереален и как они это делают всем известно, но вы почему-то не видите или не хотите видеть этого. Я тоже играла в топе и именно из-за таких союзов как у китайцев и индусов пропала вся охота играть в топе на победу. Там нереально выиграть честно. Разочарование к вашей игре накапливалось все больше и больше. А сейчас и вовсе отбили охоту играть. Да я пробовала эти баги и проверяла их. Я хотела понять как другие союзы этим пользуются и как им удаётся сокращать удаление заданий, да ещё и закрываться в первые два дня регаты а то и за сутки вовсе. Я также проверяла как можно играть на двух устройствах и делать откаты. Пыталась уличить этот момент когда задание пропадает с доски в небытие. Собирала информацию чтобы написать в техподдержку. Хотя я не была уверена, что вы меня услышите. Так как эта проблема с откатами существует очень давно и многие союзы этим пользуются. Только доказать это трудно. Я все это время играла честно. И вы так просто взяли и отняли банкноты, которые я столько времени зарабатывала. Я пришла к выводу, что ваша игра изначально нечестная и всегда была таковой. Я помню ещё когда только начинала играть первые места занимали одни китайцы и сейчас мы возвращаемся к этому же. Все понимают, что они играют не честно кроме ВАС. Зато вы очень часто баните честных игроков и таким образом у честных игроков пропадает желание играть в эту игру. Честность это не ваш конёк. Меня столько раз подводили ваши косяки в игре, что не перечесть. А писать вам все равно, что в пропасть. Не знаю прочитаете ли вы мое сообщение, но все же надеюсь, что вы услышите. Вы своими действиями отняли у меня все желание играть в эту игру. Мне жаль столько потраченного времени и сил на вашу игру. Если мне не вернут честно заработанные мною township-банкноты, я удалю вашу игру со своих устройств и не буду больше играть. Сейчас выбор игр просто огромнейший и я найду во что мне поиграть и не тратить столько нервов смотря на такое количество несправедливостей в вашей игре. Я взрослый человек сижу и рыдаю уже с самого утра. Где это видано, тратить свои нервы на какую-то игру. Вы даже не представляете какое количество игроков разочаровались в вашей игре. Подумайте лучше о том как убрать из игры свои же косяки и нечестных игроков. Вы всех смели под одну гребенку. Смешали все в кучу. Если уж вы и накладываете штраф, то он тоже должен быть благоразумным. И вы не имеете права отнимать то, что было честно заработано. Не буду больше ничего объяснять не вижу смысла. only if "rightly" banned, of course. Keep replying to their automated and canned responses, until you reach a human. Also, as was mentioned here or in one of the other threads about the topic, send your ticket ID by PM to Anna P... (look on staff page), asking her kindly to look into it.

Here's an update. I have not received any Tcash back, but even worse, I lost even MORE Tcash this morning !!! I went into the mine for a task, then rushed to the HoL for another… and when I got done, instead of the 90 Tcash I originally had plus what I won in the mine and HoL, I had only 18 !! This time, no message accusing me of cheating.

Is it possible there's another bug at play here ?

I was trying to find the post, but unfortunately wasn't about to at the moment.

Someone said they had collected t cash from balloons, and that had been taken AFTER being accused of using the glitch and t cash removed.

This is why I questioned earlier if Playrix was saying, "You accumulated 200 illegal t cash, but only have 150, so we are going to keep taking it until we get the 200."

I would keep fighting this. Contact every admin on this board. Keep sending mails to CS.

What a horrible customer support. I can't believe it! So many Players who where be robbed under the smokescreen that they are "Cheaters" or "Glitch users". Here in the Forum they're only made weak Statements. In game they didn't response to the Tickets, then the Tickets closed by theirself!?
Meanwhile they posting every Day about new Events in FB. Never seen this before!
