Questions after the October Update

yes she completed the tutorial, but all it did was let her continue in her new game. She is now at Level 8, but is so discouraged says if she doesn't get her old game back she is giving up when she reaches Level 10 in he new one. Are there any other suggestions you can offer?

Hi Opnai. Oh no that is such a pain for her. Can she report this to Playrix Help and Support via her game settings, stating the initial problem, the steps taken to try and resolve it and the result. They will be able to help and to restore her town.

Hyacinth....please pass onto the team , that space rocket requires unrealistic materials, the quantity of gems required is ridiculous. But that is outweighed by the amount of clay required.

Since I have hit the last stage, 5 trains have arrived with not a pick to be seen. Clearly makers are inducing you to spend money.

Try mining for 15 clay with dynamite!

Also how / where do you view clay inventory?

The clay should be seen within the mining storage with the ore.
