    Lost data

    Hi I was having issues with sending/receiving lives so I uninstalled the app but when I re- installed it lost all data I was on level 90? Please help.

    If you have gone past the tutorial and it has not asked you to reconnect to your old game, you will need to contact Playrix support from within your game
    Platform: iOS (iPad/iPhone)
    Town Level: 95
    Zoo Level: 22

    I have the same issue about the sending and receiving lives issue.... Don't know what to do anymore.

    Hi. What message do you see when you try to send or request lives?
