Where are my given lives???

Hi dear Gardenfriends,

I have a question. Every time when I open my game, I see a number above my envelope, with lives and requests from my friends. But the moment I click on the envelope, these giftst and requests are NOT in my envelope... I only see the old ones and no new ones are added. Sometimes there are even over 40. So I miss out on a lot!
Does anyone know or recognizes this issue?

I noticed it too. The lifes given from friends disapear after a while if not used? only won life from wheel of fortune and life from certain tasks remain until used.

Not after a while in my case. I don't receive them at all !
I see the number on the envelope, I open it and poofff GONE
