Unfortunately delays occur sometimes, but I wish every Townshipper knew that it's not because we don't care, but due to our willingness to help everyone asap.

    Meanwhile I read in another tread Perry found out why he - falsely - thought he got no support: http://forum.playrix.com/showthread....4-people/page2.

    When the support's communication way changed from email to an in-game chat it also took me a while to recognize this, and I really wonder how many other players with seemingly "not responded" complaints also did not detect the new chat system so far.
    So maybe your Team should implement a well visible announcement inside the "help & support" options, e.g. as an additional tab on the top of the issue list to check the chat with one click or so.

    Finally I am pleased my positive experiences with the support seemingly are not the exception at all.

    Tengo el mismo problema que cuentan en este foro, me salió un mensaje que creen que estoy haciendo trampa y me bloquearon el chat y la regata sin darme ninguna explicación, no entiendo cómo así nada más pueden hacer eso sin investigar antes, yo soy leader en una cooperativa "The Alma's Band" y ya no me puedo comunicar con mis compañeros, ellos están sacados de onda por qué no entienden cómo puede pasar esto, he invertido dinero en este juego y estoy muy molesta por qué llevo más de 24 hrs con este problema y nadie me da una respuesta, me trate de comunicar por mail y por chat y la única respuesta fue de Anastasia por mail que me dijo que tenía que ser a través de soporte técnico qué hay dentro del juego, he enviado muchos mensajes y nadie responde, este juego me llama la atención por la gente conocí en mi cooperativa y por la regata, soy una persona muy competitiva y lleve a mi cooperativa a ganar 2 veces el 1er lugar en la regata y ahorita vamos por tercera vez en 1 re lugar pero ya que me sacaron, mis puntos se pierden y no lo vamos a lograr, esto me enoja muchísimo ya que por mi problema afacto a todo mi equipo y no sabemos por qué, si esto no s resuelve pronto, definitivamente voy a dejar el juego por qué sola no me gusta jugar, necesito a mis cooperadores o no me interesa seguir así, cuál es el chiste de estar jugando sola y sin regata, no me llama la atención aunque ya haya invertido dinero que mucha gente no lo hace no me importa o me desbloquean o dejo el juego y perderán un cliente que le ha invertido dinero de verdad, tal vez no sea mucho pero es mío y no le voy a rogar a nadie que me ayud por que aparte yo tengo la conciencia tranquila, yo no soy ninguna tramposa, no se vale que nos traten así a mi y a muchos que he visto que se han quejado de lo mismo en este foro, espero que por este medio reciba una respuesta por qué su chat de soporte técnico no sirve para nada, estaba mejor el anterior que era por mail, ahí si había respuestas inmediatas.
