I think it is unfair that new players get 2 stars for some very hard levels, but us older players got 1 star for, because the very hard rank didnt exist yet. I think all players before updatr that added very hard levels should all be given those additional stars new players can achieve but people who already beat levels don't get.

And just to add more fuel to the fire Corbin, there are many players that started playing early on who spent a slew of extra stars on tasks that eventually got their star requirements reduced. So the longer you've been playing, the further behind you are!
