Thanks so much, Nana! I didn't realize that the "All" tab had items other than those in the sub-headings! Now I'm going through ALL of the items and finding all sorts of things I didn't know existed!!

The Upscale House is such a pretty house! (Even though it is larger scale). I wish the devs would consider making this one a real house with population that we could use in our towns.

It's a decoration, costs 150,000 coins. You can find it on the "All" tab about 2/3 of the way as you scroll right-to-left.
