Where Can I Get This House? (Upscale House)

It is in the decorations, you can buy it for coins once you reach a certain level. It does not count towards population.

I was just perusing Ernie's lovely town and came across this house/building. Does anyone know how and where I can get this building for my town?

It's a decoration called "Upscale House", costs 150,000 coins.

That's the "Upscale House." It unlocks in your decorations tab once you hit level 70.

Hi, Nana -- I've gone through all of the tabs in the decorations sections and I can't find anything called "Upscale House" -- I'm at level 88 and I'm playing on my iPhone and my iPad if that makes any difference. Which tab do you find it under in the decorations section?
