Where Can I Get This House? (Upscale House)

This house isn't in my inventory so was wondering if it was discontinued.

Ah, bummer. Was hoping it was an "official" house -- much prettier than many of the current options! The only mention I saw of the "Upscale House" on the Township Wiki confirmed that it is a Decoration, apparently released in 2016 (no image provided).

Just as an FYI.......It cost 150,000 coins. This is my favorite house!
