    I am having the same problem and have not seen a fix yet. Any idea when it will be available? I have the latest December update.

    So Day 5 with no mine, I am getting tired of having to send a daily request. The market glitch is fixed now, so when will my mine be useable? Love the game but the customer service is appalling.

    So the way I see it, the bug that made the dealer sell that negative amount of picks has been solved. However us poor saps that are suffering it’s effects are screwed. I still have more than negative two billion picks which I cannot use and all my attempts to ask for help are being ignored.

    my mine is broken to for 10 days.
    and i send 3 time support ticket and its just says , remove app and install it again.
    i cant play mine contest.

    what should i do ?
    any official attendant is here .
    please reset my mine pieces.

    It is still not fixed and this is beyond a joke. No answer from support, but we all know they are useless. I should have 1803 picks and I have minus 2 billion. I spend money on this game and expect things to be sorted quickly. Waiting this long is wrong.
