Sorry I just wanted to check what you meant. To delete your game and restart it from the beginning on the same device, you will need to send a request to the Playrix team. The best way to do this is > log onto your town > select settings by clicking the cog on the top left hand side of your screen > report an issue. Originally Posted by boynguyen123
