Desktop version?

My apologies if this is a silly question but:

Can one play on their desktop?

If so is this version different ?
I have a co-op member who used to play on their Ipod. Unfortunately they no longer have the device.

Can they continue to play on the desktop and remain in the same co-op? Or are versions different if indeed they are able to play on the desktop?

The desktop / Facebook version of Township is a different game which is no longer supported by Playrix.

So no, they would not be able to play that and be part of your co-op.
