I was having problems with the last update. The game was lagging terribly.
I have contacted the helpdesk and this is the answer they gave me.
It was for me very helpful so I share it you all.
I did have to reinstall the game eventually. I was scared of losing my progress in the game but nothing of the sort happened.
So, here is the tip
