Game crashes

I usually play in airplane mode to save battery and if powerups form too quickly or i get too big a chain the game freezes and crahses usually taking away a life as well especially if im far into a level. I have lost dozens of lifes and have kicked out of numerous games that were winnable or i was about to win. I am starting to think that this game is rigged to crash on winning games. I feel like i should be compensated for this bug slowing my progress

The first thing you should do is to check that your device satisfies these system requirements. If it does and your game still crashes so often, you should file a report from within your game to support, and inform them of the issue.
