Уважаемые игроки всего мира! Очень хочется узнать, только игроков пост Советского пространства разработчики так яростно ненавидят?
Сталкиваетесь ли Вы или Ваши друзья с необоснованными обвинениями в нечестной игре?
В нашем сообществе, более 5000 игроков и почти 1/3 уже столкнулась с проблеммой клеветы и необоснованной блокировки и я в том числе.
Вместо обоснованных ответов на наши письма разработчики отвечают стандартной фразой для всех: игра загружена не из официального источника (с каких пор плеймаркет является неофициальным источником?) и на вашем аккаунте есть сторонние приложения (то есть кроме игры не должно быть ни чего? Это же телефон! Тут и приложеня для общения и для банковских карт, да и другие игры…)
А главное, что тех поддержка не отвечает на сообщения написанные из игры, а при обращении через сайт, требует писать из игры! Замкнутый круг!

As for customer service from within the game it may takes days before a real person get back to you. And yes, to unban a player they will ask a screenshot of your T-cash purchases to make sure you bought it legally.

Thanks for the translation, Graylady! If anything, I wish Playrix would get even MORE strict with cheaters. In my current regatta, 12 out of the 15 teams reached maximum points in less that 48 hours ... and ALL of them were Russian teams. That can only happen under two circumstances -- ALL of the team players spending a fortune in t-cash (and how many oligarchs are there?) or just plain cheating (which I've never understood, since you don't really GET anything by cheating and cheaters aren't really playing the game as it's designed, so what's the point.)

Хочу поделиться нашими бедами. Многие из моих друзей в последнее время сталкнулись с обвинениями в нечестной игре и необоснованной блокировкой городов!
Что служит поводом для блокировки?! Оказывается поводом для блокировки не является нарушение правил! Для блокировки достаточно кляузы команды участвующей с вами в регате! Слабая команда, не может победить Вас честно и пишет разрабам, что им кажется что Вы играете не честно...
Как результат, весь союз заблокирован, гонка проиграна, удовольствие от игры обгажено!
До каких пор разработчики будут издеваться над игроками и не нести за это ни какой ответственности?
А союзы выигрывающие гонку таким методом, будут считаться честными?

Возможно для многих из Вас это станет откровением, но да, мы тратим реальные деньги на игру! А еще, мы заранее готовимся к регате! Заранее сеим долгорастущие растения такие как: каучук, шелк, какао. У всех на фабриках есть заготовки продуктов которые встречаются в заданиях регаты, причем руководители союзов следят, что б были все продукты, если с одной фабрики в регате встречаются разные продукты, то руководитель составляет списки у кого из участников союза что приготовлено и в течении регаты контролирует что б все было. Для многих из нас игра стала чем то больше чем просто игра. Мы хотим побеждать и делаем для этого все! Составляем таблицы, считаем каждый потерянный соперниками балл, что б выяснить какие шансы у нас на первое место. Мы стараемся максимально помогать своим друзьям и соседям, собираем клевер, играем в лавке чудес, для того что б выиграть Т-банкноты!
Что из выше перечисленного относится к нарушению правил?
Плейлист это видимо исправление автокорректора, речь идет о приложении Плеймаркет.

We had our leader banned this week. We think the trigger was a transaction taking too long on a rural wifi service, compounded by his failure to produce the receipt instantly... due to the same crummy wifi. We also finished the race in blinding time with maximum points, and yes as you suspect, we spent quite a bit of money doing it. It was important to our season’s score for us to have a strong race. We did not cheat, nor do other top fast finishers necessarily cheat. Maybe they do, maybe they don’t but one thing is clear They care about the leaderboard or winning the race more than you do.
Another thing that is clear is while the Playrix autodetect May catch lots of cheaters, it also regularly nails and bans not cheaters unfairly. It’s a major let down to have worked hard and spent money only to watch 2160 points disappear from your score, and it can be a big hassle to try to get them back by the end of the race. So I extend my sympathies to all the long suffering and often much maligned top regatta racing teams.

Дело даже не в потере очков за гонку! Да, конечно обидно за бессонные ночи, подъем по будильнику, что бы отправить самолет ✈ или собрать урожай, покормить животных. Обидно за свои города! С такой любовью расставлялись домики, покупались украшения, выигрывались уникальные декорации в событиях….. Вот за все за это душа болит!
Я являюсь руководителем союза и сейчас у меня в команде 2 игрока с необоснованным баном! Естественно я теряю золотую лигу и все наши достижения, так как оба игрока "на регате" но сдаваться, выгонять их из союза я не собираюсь!
Я надеюсь, что разработчики наконец услышат нас и исправят ошибки в программе которая блокирует честных игроков!
Ведь в конце концов обвинение в мошенничестве, если оно не подтверждено, является КЛЕВЕТОЙ! А это уже тянет на судебное дело!

А о существовании презумпции невиновности Вы когда нибудь слышали? Не мы должны доказывать свою невиновность! А Вы нашу вину! Или Вам на все и на всех плевать?! Для Вас законы не писаны?! Вы же сами российская компания! И вы знаете насколько мы чекнутые и ленивые! Нам просто лень тратить время на поиски как взломать игру! Мы лучше будем сидеть всю ночь без сна и смотреть ролики режисера, что б заработать 10 Т-банкнот на платное задание! Ну или сходим в группу на фейсбуке и попросим друзей забросать нас шариками с подарками!
К тому же большая часть наших игроков это мамочки декретницы, которые играют в игру пока кормят дитятко грудью, как то не очень удобно взламывать игры меняя подгузник!
