Translation tool?

Is there a translation tool available? We have several co-op members that speak other languages. They communicate between themselves and some of us don't have a clue as to what they're saying. They are awesome helpers and play often. I don't want to refuse anyone in our co-op because of communication issues. If we do not have a translation tool, perhaps it could be considered.
