The most I've seen in an official giveaway is ~250 cash. If you don't see it on the official Facebook page, the forum, or the app itself, it's not legit.
On Facebook, you can click the [...] next to the post or on top of the page, click "Report," then select "It's a scam"

Facebook won't care. It's a terrible service for manipulating people that nobody should use.
