Design a portal into the mountains that opens up a sk resort

This could be similar to the zoo where you click on a section of the mountains and it opens up to a ski resort. The resort could have condo lodging, log cabins, cobblestone streets, quaint village shops, eateries, different level ski runs, snow making factory, hot chocolate factory, skating rinks, inner tubing, different styles of snowy pine trees, rescue squad, hospital, ski repair, etc.
