Seasonal Regatta: Post Mystery ' ? ' Tasks Here

I am already on record saying that I hate the mystery tasks but for this regatta I figured I give them a chance. Most of my co-op likes them and nobody has had a really bad one yet although Frying Pans showed up once, took forever.

So far I've been lucky, 5 x HOL, 8 x Smelt Ore, 50 x Zoo Hot Products, and 9 x Trains.

No dreaded Silk or Production Tasks. I sorely tempted to do one more as my 16th. I do close my eyes when I hit "start" though

Ours were fine until last week, when it was a gazillion grotty banana tasks, plus some cocoas and silks. Needless to say we've been a bit more cautious this time. Pooptastic.

Yikes , picked a mystery task - 8 coconuts in a day & 23 hours. Puts an abrupt halt to my race! Don't know if I will pick another one this race, but seem to be the only 135 tasks I have.

We just formed a new co-op, so there were more Mystery tasks to choose from. I have taken 5 this regatta and admit that I have been pleasantly surprise for the most part:

1) Pine Trees x153
2) Trains x9
3) Tropica Isle x8
4) Farm Animals x110
5) Helicopter x20

I would have ended up doing a set of trains and islands anyway, so no big deal and glad to only have to send 8 to Tropica Isle rather than 9. BLAH!

I've been pretty lucky too in both games, although I don't normally do planes & trains. The worst I've had is an island task while I was still waiting for my ships to return. Even my production tasks have been pretty good to me.

My co-op loves mystery tasks & we have done a lot of them; our leader did 16 mystery tasks last week; the week before that she did 11 & I did 9
myself. When it comes to mystery tasks, it's a high risk-high reward scenario, if you get lucky, you really get lucky, but if not, then too bad, but at least all mystery tasks are worth 135 pts & 25 tokens each; you're doing a task worth 135 pts with lesser quantities than the normal task & you get 25 tokens instead of 14 or 17, so it's worth it for us. So I hope they continue them, for those who don't want them, it's easy enough to dump them.

Anyway, I have made a summary of all our mystery tasks (I've posted before, but this is a complete list; it's a summary of all the mystery tasks we did for the treasure hunt season):
