I would be quite scared of changing time to enable expired security certificates to function. Fear that may open a back door to all sorts of nasties.

I THINK you have to restrict them before the start of the regatta.

Try making frequent visits to Ernie and your lowest level friend. They're easier to spot in small towns who haven't yet moved their helicopter.

Yes and yes, the goal increases every time a different member takes a task before the last stage (reward 5)
Sometimes kicking a player that has started, but not completed a task will avoid the total...

Having a very low level baby town helps bring tasks like wheat / milk. Having v high lvl players helps bring factory tasks. I once found s spreadsheet somewhere listing what levels tasks appeared/,...

Would that not get confusing, as the invite button to add friends is already in same place as send button. (presuming you mean invite to join co-op).?

This may be a silly question but are there any big differences in points per hour between crops?
In a similar event in a similar game bsome longer crops worked out better per hour
