Does anyone know how many pieces of a color you need to remove before it comes off the color wheel? Sometimes I can use my rainbow blast on one color over and over but it never leaves the color wheel

Contacting support gets a form letter reply saying clear cache restart the game try a diferent browser blah blah blah. Most of us have tried all that before contacting support.

I have been stuck on level 98 for 2 weeks.
