If you want to keep your dumps low you have to take the ships, plane and train tasks. This is why a lot of co-ops choose to ignore their leaderboard score and only concentrate on winning the race.

With 5 members you need to take only 135 tasks and finish fast, so if your co-op is dumping long tasks and mystery tasks you could easily reach 521 dumps.

Ignoring the dump penalty, the fact is that all in Endurance completed 16 maximum value tasks quickly, not as a one-off, they always race quickly.

You should be able to work out Endurance's dump rate and it was way less that half of GOCs.
