KD. It only counts if you have completely filled your plane for regatta tasks. If you send it only partially full, it does not count.

So was your plane full?

What platform are you on? On iOS I don't have an FAQ section.

But if iOS, make sure you don't have anything typed in the search bar as it will be blank when you go into a category if it can't...

There is a section called Regattas and one called Co-ops and chat, under the help and support button within the game

They contain all this sort of information.

Have you gone back to support at all to say it is still a problem? You should try that first by replying to the email you received.

The mobile version and Facebook version are separate games and don't sync with each otherr. It is you choice if your want to start a separate Facebook game, progress will be kept in your mobile...
