I saw a picture on FB somewhere that it is a new room, looks more like a sitting / reception room. Damn FB makes it impossible to find anything a second time.

Ah, go to the "rooms" tab in the town hall. It says a new room is coming and it looks like that sitting room / library I saw on FB.

I was looking forward to the cash splash event, but it disappeared from the event board! It was there yesterday, but now it is gone!
