Could it mean from now we need less feathers in tasks, Zoo and Heli orders? :rolleyes:

Up to now it was sufficient to feed bread to the ducks. In the end you had enough blue feathers.
I never fed anything else, and it was easy.
Now things are getting difficult. You need bagels, and for bagels you need a lot of eggs plus sugar ....

I wonder why the devs thought obtaining blue feathers needed to be a more difficult task.

Are any other small things changed to make gameplay more difficult?

lol - Optimist!

For me (Android tablet), all the icons at the bottom of the main screen have changed - to something I would call "more cartoonish", alhough I never was sure what it meant, when I saw it mentioned before.
I'm not used to the changed view yet, but will, so am neither complaining nor enthusiastic about it.
But it seems to me, that the grafix ppl have the freedom to change what they want, while other Playrix folks - Devs or deciders - have the freedom to ignore all our wishes in the Frequently Suggested Ideas-list, eternally.

I think the min and max numbers for the white down feathers are the same, but my perception is they have reduced the drop rates. I usually feed banana bread and have not gotten four ducks even once since the update. Before the update, I was getting four ducks once in three or four feeds.

I don't actually like the new improved island. The flag now covers a small bit of useable land. If the whole island could be moved backwards a space to ensure clear water visible between the flag and the mainland it would look better.
